Hekh presented a lecture performance “Unpoor Images of a Revolution” by Anurag Singraur and Rahul Juneja, in collaboration with Panjeri Artists Union’ at Kochi Muziris Biennale, on 21st March, 2026
The performance aimed to generate and reflect on new architectures of remembrance, protests and archives through a now caged space of recreation in College of Art, New Delhi. This space, Gym ke neeche, was used for recreation, gatherings, playing, in/de(toxicating) and sleeping. Tracing the legacy of the multiple protests in College of Art New Delhi, its implications, and its fading memory- the performance unravels different orders of time, rest, and gestures of space-making in response to legacy and institutionalisation. This (now) caged space emerges as a glitch one with no author, no legacy, where architectures of memory, vulnerability, solidarity can be reformed.
